Due to the advancement of Internet technology and globalization commerce, e-commerce is developing at an unexpected speed. With rise China’s industry substantial increase in number merchants, competition its has also increased. In this context, consumer satisfaction all affected, so paper conceptually discusses attributes on e-customer satisfaction. The reviewed literature highlights factors issues importance a research framework for future empirical topic.
